Christmas Cantata Held During Snow Storm

Director Jim Oliverius addresses the crowd during the Cantata

Fifty-five singers from several area churches braved the snow and cold Sunday to provide two concerts for area residents during the annual Christmas Cantata, held at the Knox United Methodist Church.

Under the direction of Jim Oliverius, the singers presented all types of sacred Christmas music in the afternoon and then again Sunday night. Around 300 people from all around the area enjoyed the music.
