Absentee Voting Count low in Pulaski County

Absentee voting in Pulaski County is slow but it is available to you if you need to utilize that way of voting.

Clerk Tasha Foerg told WKVI that about 12 people have voted absentee so far. Only a handful of contested races will appear on the ballot. Those races include the Winamac Clerk-Treasurer, Francesville Clerk-Treasurer, and Town Council races in Francesville and Medaryville.

Pulaski County absentee voting continues today and tomorrow from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and from 12:30-3:30 p.m. ET and on Monday, November 7th from 8:00 a.m. to Noon ET at the Pulaski County Courthouse.

While the absentee voting is slow in Pulaski County, it has heated up in Marion County where more than 13,000 people voted early in person or through absentee ballot which is more than double the number of people who voted early through the same period four years ago.
