Five Arrested after Search Warrant Executed in Marshall County

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested five people after a search warrant was executed at 19016 6th Road.

On Tuesday, February 21st, officers arrived at the residence and found several items including methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and meth related items.

Scott Hahn, the owner of the residence, has preliminary charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Keeping, Selling or Delivering a Scheduled Drug, Dealing a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Dealing Cocaine or Meth, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Brandon Hahn, 18, of Plymouth, was arrested on preliminary charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Keeping, Selling or Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine.

19-year-old Aaron Holland of Knox, 24-year-old Casey Jean Hardesty of Plymouth and 30-year-old Stephanie Johnson of Plymouth were arrested on preliminary charges of Visiting a Common Nuisance. Johnson was also booked on two warrants for Failure to Appear.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department, K9 Officer John Weir and the Marshall County Probation Department.
