Fraud Prevention Workshop Scheduled for Tomorrow

Amanda Meyer, Outreach Specialist for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, will present a program on fraud prevention at a workshop in Knox on Thursday, March 15th. The 12:30 p.m. meeting will be held at the Community Services of Starke County building located at 311 E. Culver Road in Knox.

Meyer will speak on the importance of protecting your personal information, techniques used by people who conduct fraud, phone and internet scams, and how to freeze your credit.

Senior citizens over 60 years of age are encouraged to attend the workshop. A light meal will be served for $2.00 but those planning to attend need to RSVP by today. Call 772-6411 to make your reservation.
