All three students were accompanied by Mrs. Char Geisler on piano. Congratulations to these students on their fine performances!

The Knox High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble performed their 2012 program, entitled “The Dark Knight”, at the Greenfield-Central Invitational on February 25th. They received a Gold rating and placed 1st out of 6 groups in Scholastic Class AA. In the best news from the weekend, the ensemble’s performance has been evaluated by the Indiana Percussion Association Board of Directors, and they have been promoted to Scholastic Class A! It is a very high honor to be recognized by your colleagues and identified for promotion to a higher class. They will be competing in this new classification at the New Palestine Invitational on March 10.
