The office hours at Winamac Town Hall are changing.
The Winamac Town Board approved the request for the change by Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Parish-Berger. Beginning May 1st, Town Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. ET and closed on Saturdays.
The billing for town services will also change. Water, sewer and electric bills are currently billed out two months behind and the Clerk-Treasurer said by November, all bills will be billed out one month behind. This will help in distributing security deposits and collecting revenue.
