Bremen Man Arrested For Allegedly Defacing School Property

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested a Bremen man on Friday, July 20 on suspicion of criminal mischief.

On Tuesday, July 17, Police were told that some unknown subjects had spray-painted the Beech Road Amish School and surrounding area including several mailboxes. Surveillance pictures were obtained and the identity of the suspects was determined.

On Friday, Tyler Houk and a juvenile subject were taken into custody. Houk was arrested on a preliminary charge of Criminal Mischief to School Property, a Class D Felony. The juvenile in the case was detained for questioning.

The case remains under investigation.
