In-office absentee voting in Starke County will begin Monday, Oct. 8 and end Monday, Nov. 5.
Starke County Clerk Evelyn Skronski said you may vote absentee in the second floor meeting room in the Starke County Courthouse Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. CT.
Absentee voting will also be available Saturday, Oct. 27 and Saturday, Nov. 3 from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. in the courthouse. On Monday, Nov. 5, you may vote absentee from 8 a.m. to noon.
Polls will be open on Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 6 a.m to 6 p.m.
Public testing of the voting machines will be Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. on the first floor of the courthouse. If you are not sure how to use a MicroVote machine, a staff member from the clerk’s office will assist you.
