The event, sponsored by the Winamac Psi Iota Xi Sorority, Iota Xi, will be held Saturday, April 6 at the Church of the Heartland at 890 E. Highway 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET. Admission is free, but a $1 suggested donation will support the event.
Stacy Bogan is a featured artist and Bogan will create a sketch for you in roughly 15 minutes. The Eastern Pulaski Express Choir will perform at 11:30 a.m., followed by “Miss Emily’s Ballerinas” at noon. Visit the “make and take” tables and see all of the artwork that has been submitted for the Youth Art Contest.
If you have an entry you would like to submit today, take that entry to the Church of the Heartland in Winamac from 3:30 to 6 p.m. or Bennett Insurance in Winamac before 3 p.m. ET.
The Iota Xi chapter is active in the Pulaski County community and supports an annual college scholarship, a summer speech clinic and community events dedicated to speech, art, literature and music.
