Two Arrested after Tuesday Morning Raid in Plymouth

 
 

Two Plymouth residents were arrested Tuesday morning after a raid at 1112 South Michigan Road in Plymouth, which is located across the street from Webster Elementary School.

Shortly before 6 a.m. ET, members of the Indiana State Police Emergency Response Section and the Meth Suppression Unit raided the home acting on a search warrant. The warrant was the result of a month-long investigation by the Plymouth Police Department and the Indiana State Police detectives.

Police reportedly found a semi-automatic rifle in the home along with the remnants of a methamphetamine lab and other drug paraphernalia.

 
 

Peter Devine, 34, and Tricia Eckert, 26, were arrested at the scene after they were contacted by police to return to the residence. Two other subjects including a juvenile were at the residence. They were questioned and released. Devine and Eckert were arrested on a preliminary charge of Dealing Methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. Devine was also arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Marshall County for Theft and Driving While Suspended.

They are being held in the Marshall County Jail without bond.
