At 9:30 a.m. ET, a public hearing concerning an amendment to the fines in the Marshall County Zoning Ordinance will be held. Immediately following that, a public hearing concerning the amendment of chapters six and seven in the Lapaz Comprehensive Plan will be held. Residents are welcome to attend and give any comments on their proposed ordinance amendments.
During their regularly scheduled meeting, the Marshall County Commissioners will hear from Older Adult Services Director Jackie Wright who will update the board on the transportation grant and Quality Correctional Care will give a presentation on what they can offer at the Marshall County Jail.
The Marshall County Commissioners meet on the commissioners meeting room on the second floor of the Marshall County Building.
