Man Arrested After Possessing and Using Synthetic Marijuana

 
 
Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man on Saturday for being under the influence of and in possession of synthetic marijuana.

A vehicle driven by Joe Duquette was pulled over near the intersection of State Road 17 and Queen Road west of Plymouth for several traffic infractions.

An investigation found that Duquette possessed several grams of synthetic marijuana and had used the substance prior to operating the car.

Duquette was taken to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary felony charge of Possession of a Synthetic Drug.
