Students Nearly Abducted in North Judson

Parents who have children in the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation are being warned of a possible child predator.

Two children were reportedly approached outside of their home as they were waiting for the school bus Monday morning. The girl stated to officials that she and her brother were reportedly grabbed by a short man wearing a black coat and a gray mask. They were put into a black, four-door car and driven to a field near the town park where they were released within minutes. The pair were not harmed.

North Judson-San Pierre school officials have been made aware of the situation and they are working closely with the North Judson Police Department in this matter. They urge you to keep a close eye on your students before and after school and know of their whereabouts at all times.
