Seven Arrested in Medaryville Drug Bust

 
 
Seven people were arrested after calls were received about drug activity in Medaryville.

Pulaski County deputes went to 504 N. U.S. Highway 421 in Medaryville and the renter, Carl Larkin, allowed two deputies inside the residence. In plain view, officers reportedly identified marijuana, drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, syringes, and precursors.

Six suspects were located inside the residence with one outdoors. Additional officers were called to the scene to aid in the investigation, including the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Team. Those members processed the evidence.

All seven suspects have a preliminary charge of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Ashley Nicole Alexander, 25, of Rensselaer, was wanted on three outstanding warrants for a parole violation and manufacturing methamphetamine. Kalen Christopher Shepperd, 38, of Winamac was wanted on two outstanding warrants for Possession of Marijuana and Theft out of Pulaski County. Others arrested include Emily Jo Allen, 22, of Medaryille; Kenneth Ray Henry, 37, of North Judson; Carl N. Larkin, 51, of Medaryville; James Franklin Ritchie, 40, of North Judson; and Joseph J. Shepperd, 28, of Medaryville.

All suspects are being held in the Pulaski County Jail.
