LaPorte officers were on patrol on Friday when they spotted a man wanted on warrants. Brandon Clark, 40, of LaPorte was standing near the ATM at Wells Fargo Bank when officers approached him.
When the officers attempted to speak to Clark, he allegedly told him that he didn’t have time for them and ran. A brief foot pursuit ended with the capture of Clark.
Clark was taken to the LaPorte County Jail. Clark was charged with felony intimidation and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
