Fulton County Drug Raids Lead to Six Arrests

Meth BustA two-week long Indiana State Police investigation into drug activity in Fulton County ended with six arrests last night after officers served search warrants at three Rochester homes. A state police news release indicates the officers found methamphetamine, a meth lab, drug precursors and paraphernalia. They searched homes at 1124 Bancroft Street, 317 West 11th Street and 4729 Camp Shahola Drive in Rochester.Judilynn Ladsen, 56, is charged with the felony offenses of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of an illegal drug lab, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine. She also faces a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Charla Richard, 38, is charged with possession of meth as a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia as a misdemeanor offense. Matthew Simons, 36, is charged with possession of meth and the misdemeanor offenses of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Beth Bahney, 41, is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Justin Gerald, 26, was picked up on a warrant for a probation violation. He’s also charged with the misdemeanor offense of possession of drug precursors. Shane Simons, 42, faces a felony possession of methamphetamine charge and a misdemeanor offense of possession of drug paraphernalia.
