About 110 Knox Water customers will be without water today due to scheduled maintenance. The city is changing three100-year-old fire hydrants on East Lake Street. Knox Water Superintendent Todd Gardner says all three are being replaced on the same day to eliminate the need for turning off water three separate times. Once water is restored, the area will be under a boil water order until water test results come back.
