Fulton Industries Inc. has announced the sale of their building on Fort Wayne Road in Rochester. American Axle and Manufacturing Inc. took over as owners on Wednesday Oct. 8th. Chairman and CEO John Razzano said in a statement “having a company like American Axle, a tier one automotive supplier move into Rochester, Indiana is a very positive development for the entire community.” He notes the transaction will create job opportunities in Rochester.
