Superintendent Don Street also discussed other financial matters with the board including insurance.
“Our health insurance is increasing 10 percent so we made our board aware of that,” commented Street. “We agreed to our supplement of income for our employees. We’re still under our existing contract until the end of the school year going into early next school year. We made some adjustments in those areas in our contract.”
Street also informed the board that the school grades will be out next week.
Street also mentioned that a representative from the Indiana Department of Education will visit the school in November to talk to the staff about the new Indiana state standards.
