According to the agenda, school board members will consider accepting a donation from the Culver Kiwanis Club. Funds given to the school corporation are designed to be used for a trip to California for several students.
Those students have qualified for the Business Professionals of America’s national competition in Anaheim. The students have been looking to raise funds in order to make the trip. Nine students qualified for nationals after placing at the state competition.
The school board will also be considering schedules for summer school and summer athletic programs. The proposals are largely limited to when the classes will take place and when the gym will be open during the summer months.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 7:00 at the Culver Administration Building.
