A Knox factory has gotten Ford’s highest distinction for supplier quality.
MPI Products, LLC has received Ford Q1 Supplier status. To achieve that, a company is evaluated on several levels, including the supplier’s standing, how satisfied its customers are, and whether the supplier continues to improve its goods and services each year. The status qualifies MPI for consideration for Ford’s World Excellence Award, and gives the company a preferred status for new sourcing with Ford.
As part of the recognition, the company gets a certificate from Ford, as well as a flag, which will be raised in a special ceremony at the plant on September 16.
