Kersting’s Harley-Davidson Cycle Center, south of North Judson, will pay host to some very special visitors today.
Adam Sandoval and his Chihuahua, Scooter, are riding their motorcycle to every Harley-Davidson dealership in the lower 48 states to raise money for the American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. It provides support to families of fallen soldiers.They’re due to arrive at Kersting’s around noon Eastern today.
Adam and Scooter have raised more than $96,000 for the cause since hitting the road in late 2014, according to data on their website, http://scootinamerica.com.
