The Culver Town Council will revisit an item from their previous meeting that may ultimately determine how the community fluoridates its water.

During their previous meeting, a reshuffled Town Council requested the issue of adding fluoride to its drinking water be revisited. One of the new members, Libertarian Joel Samuelson, requested more time to think about the topic before agreeing to revisit the issue. He is considered a tiebreaker vote in the decision.

The Culver Town Council voted just last year to include fluoride, but the election in November may have altered the board’s opinion.

The Town Council will also meet with a representative of the HAMSTRA Group regarding altering zoning for the local CVS pharmacy.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at Culver Town Hall.
