A 56-year-old LaPorte man will have to find a new pizza restaurant following a Friday night incident at a drive-thru window.
A 17-year-old female employee at Albano’s Pizza at 401 J Street told LaPorte Police the man’s penis was exposed as he handed her his credit card. She added the man did the same thing over the summer, but she did not report it at the time.
The restaurant manager opted not to press charges but did ask police to issue the man a no trespass warning. Officers found the man at his home and advised him of the complaint, at which time he reportedly denied the allegations. He was told he faces arrest if he returns to the business.
