Energy Saving Plan Presented to Oregon-Davis School Board

The Oregon-Davis School Corporation is planning some energy efficiency upgrades in the coming years.

Superintendent Don Harman says Performance Services presented a 10-year facilities plan during a school board work session Monday. “They had visited our campus several times and did a facilities study that concentrated on different areas that we could possibly save some energy savings,” he explains.

For example, Performance Services suggested adjustments to heating and cooling equipment like boilers and chillers. Harman says the school board will now review the plan and prioritize which items need to be addressed and when.
