Knox residents still have time to get on the map for next weekend’s city wide yard sales. They will run from Thursday, May 11th through Saturday, May 13th.
Permit fees are waived during the sales. Signs are available for purchase at Knox City Hall. Handmade signs are only allowed on the site of the yard sale.
Free maps of sale locations will be available each day starting at 7 a.m. at the Knox Moose Lodge Family Center. Booth space is also available in the Moose parking lot for out-of-town residents who want to have sales.

In addition to yard sales, the Knox Fireworks Committee is hosting a port-a-pit chicken and pit-tatoes fundraiser on Saturday, May 13 at the south side fire station on South Heaton Street, starting at 10 a.m.
Presale tickets are available at the Knox Mayor’s Office. All presales must be picked up by 12:30 p.m.
This year’s City of Knox fireworks display will take place in Wythogan Park on Saturday, July 2nd
