Incidents:

02/09/15 – North Judson Police Officer Frank Thomas investigated a suspicious incident in the 6100 block of South John Street. Howard Kenneth Webber Jr., 22, 2610 W. 700 S, North Judson, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

02/09/15 – A resident told police that there was a black and white pit bull walking east in the area of the 600 block of East Talmer Avenue. Chief Deputy Joe Budner responded to the area and was not able to locate the dog.

02/09/15 – North Judson Police Officer Brack Rowe responded to a suspicious person complaint in the 5000 block of S. Woodland Drive. The female subject needed a ride to a location in English Lake and was transported there without incident.

02/10/15 – A resident reported to North Judson Police a property damage accident in the area of County Road 625 S. and County Road 250 W. Chief Deputy Joe Budner investigated the car vs. deer accident and estimated the damages over $1,000. No injuries were reported.

02/11/15 – North Judson Police Chief Doug Vessely responded to a vehicle slide-off, in the area of State Road 10 just East of State Road 39 North. There was no damage or injuries reported and the vehicle was pulled out without incident.

02/11/15 – North Judson-San Pierre High School officials reported to police, that a blue Chevy Blazer was doing donuts in the parking lot. The vehicle was never located.

02/12/15 – Residents in the 400 block of Keller Avenue reported an unwanted guest at their residence. The subject was advised to leave.

02/13/15 – North Judson Police responded to an unwanted guest at a residence in the 500 block of High Street. The subject was advised to leave and issued a verbal criminal trespass warning.

02/18/15 – Officers responded to an animal complaint near the entrance to the Highland Cemetery. Officer Joe Budner located two dogs. One was injured. They were returned to their owner.

02/18/15 – A report of a reckless driver was investigated by officers in the 400 Block of Vine Street. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

02/19/15 – A report was generated of a theft of a Indiana State ID Card. The card was located.

02/19/15 – The intersection of Collins and Main Streets was the scene of a property damage accident that North Judson Officer Brack Rowe investigated. He set damages at over $2,000. No injuries were reported or tickets given.

02/20/14- A wallet was located near the high school that was later returned to the owner. Another wallet was lost along State Road 10, and a third female wallet was taken out of an unlocked vehicle in the Good to Go parking lot. Anyone with information is asked to contact the North Judson Police. The lost or stolen wallets did not have cash in them, however the owners would like to have personal papers, pictures, etc. returned.

02/20/15 – A minor property damage accident was reported. A car hit a dog on the road in the 600 East Block of Talmer Avenue.

02/21/15- North Judson Officer Frank Thomas conducted an early morning traffic stop that resulted in an arrest.

02/22/15 – Stephen R. Allen, 32, of North Judson was stopped by police on a traffic stop and had a suspended Driver’s License. He was arrested for the same by North Judson Officer Frank Thomas.

02/21/15 – Jessica E. Settle, 25, 2215 E. State Road 10, of Knox, IN arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

02/22/2015- Stephen R. Allen, 32. 5640 W. State Road 10, of North Judson, IN was arrested for driving while suspended prior.

Incidents

2/13/15 – A resident in the 1000 block of West Pacific Ave. reported the theft of tools, including an air compressor, generator and hammer drill, from a work truck.

2/13/15 – Officers took a theft report at Wintersong Village. The victim advised more than $500 had been taken from a locked money box.

2/18/15 – A camera and an Android tablet were reported stolen in the 600 block of East Culver Road. The camera was recovered, but the tablet is still missing

2/21/15 – Officers took a report of a hit-and-run accident involving a vehicle parked at Knox Elementary School.

2/21/15 – The owner of a car parked on Lake Street notified police that the vehicle was swiped and filed a police report to make note of the damage.

2/12/15 – Knox Officers responded to an incident involving two students at Knox High School. Teachers advised the students were allegedly smoking cannabis in the bathroom. A stainless steel pocket knife was found during a search of a backpack, and a 15-year-old was arrested.

2/9/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a vehicle versus deer crash on 550 East north of Hickory Cam in Knox.

2/10/15 – A North Judson resident filed a harassment report involving text messages and Facebook contact.

2/11/15 – Officers from the Hamlet Police Department, Starke County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police found an inactive meth lab at 200 South Main St., Apt. 14 in Hamlet and arrested two people.

2/11/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer property damage accident on U.S. 35 at 850 South in Monterey.

2/12/15 – An employee at Kem-Co in Knox notified the Starke County Sheriff’s Department of a break-in at the business the previous night. Someone broke a window and stole money from the register.

2/12/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a vehicle rollover on U.S. 35 north of U.S. 30 in Knox. The caller advised there was nobody in the vicinity.

2/13/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a vehicle versus deer crash in the 8300 block of South U.S. 421 in San Pierre.

2/13/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus fence property damage slide-off accident at the intersection of Toto Road and State Road 39.

2/13/15 – An employee at Knoll Brothers in Hamlet advised a semi driver is refusing to pay for fuel, saying he did not pump as much as the computer says he did.

2/14/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a property damage accident on the U.S. 35 overpass just south of U.S. 30. The driver ran into the guardrail.

2/14/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department, Starke County EMS and Bass Lake Fire Department responded to a rollover accident on State Road 10 near 100 East. Neither the driver nor the passenger were injured.

2/14/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department and Hamlet Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident on U.S. 30 westbound at 500 East in Hamlet.

2/14/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a single-vehicle property damage accident on U.S. 35 north of Toto Road.

2/14/15 – Officers responded to numerous slide-off accidents without property damage due to the ice and white-out conditions.

2/15/15 – Officers took a report of a two-vehicle property damage crash in the 6300 block of East 250 North in Grovertown.

2/16/15 – A resident in the 6500 block of South 250 West in North Judson notified the sheriff’s department of the theft of items from his garage. Rickie Clemons, Jr., 19, of Knox, was arrested.

2/16/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on 800 South between 150 and 200 West in North Judson.

2/16/15 – A resident in the 3900 block of East Mae Delano Dr. in Knox reported a vehicle was egged the previous night.

2/16/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 6800 block of east 200 South in Knox.

2/17/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on State Road 10 at 100 East in Knox.

2/17/15 – A motorist traveling eastbound on State Road 8 at 1100 East in Knox found a small child, approximately 4 years old, walking down the road.

2/17/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident in the 9500 block of east 750 S. in Monterey.

2/17/15 – A resident in the 7000 block of south 250 West in North Judson reported the theft of a chainsaw.

2/18/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a property damage accident on U.S. 30 westbound east of State Road 23 in Grovertown.

2/19/15 – A maroon 1999 Grand Marquis was reported stolen from an address in the 300 block of South 1025 East in Knox by a known suspect.

2/19/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on State Road 8 at 600 East in Knox.

2/20/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash on 800 South at Range Road in North Judson.

2/21/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department responded to a vehicle versus deer crash in the 200 block of east 250 South in Knox.

2/21/15 – A resident in the 7200 block of south 300 East in Knox reported someone spray painted the exterior of her building.

2/21/15 – A resident in the 11700 block of east South Avenue in Koontz Lake reported an attempted break-in. He advised there are pry marks on his outbuilding and on his neighbor’s outbuilding.

2/21/15 – A Starke County Humane Society donation box place at J&K Deli on U.S. 35 in Knox was reported stolen.

2/21/15 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Department took a report of a vehicle versus deer crash on U.S. 35 south of Toto Road.

2/22/15 – Three packs of cigarettes were reported stolen from an address in the 8600 block of Bryan Street in Ora.

2/11/15 – Jeffery Alan Dickson, 51, Hamlet – Dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

2/11/15 – Tiffany M. Frazier, 25, Walkerton – Dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and trafficking with an inmate.

2/16/15 – Rickie Clemons, Jr., 19, Knox – Burglary and theft.

2/17/15 – Joseph A. Hensley, 34, Knox – Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana with a prior conviction.

2/22/15 – Donnie Lloyd Keaton, 28, Knox – Suspended prior.
