10/3/16 – A Walkerton resident who had previously reported having scrap stolen from his residence reported that the same green truck was now unloading scrap at Howard’s Towing in Hamlet.

10/3/16 – A house fire was reported on Golf Course Road and 500 North near Hamlet.

10/3/16 – A resident in the 10700 block of East 50 North in Knox reported her ex-boyfriend stole her shoes.

10/3/16 – A resident in the 5400 block of East 200 South in Knox reported the theft of plywood.

10/3/16 – A resident in the 2600 block of West Second Avenue in North Judson reported a male and female went into a neighbor’s residence when he was not home and came out carrying a small item.

10/3/16 – A resident in the 5000 block of South State Road 10 reported hearing a truck speeding and slam on its breaks, followed by a loud noise. Neighbors believe the truck ran into a home, before leaving the scene.

10/4/16 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported in the 500 block of South State Road 39 in Knox.

10/4/16 – A resident in the 4800 clock of South Cranberry Lane in Knox reported that a vehicle had struck several mailboxes, leaving pieces of the vehicle at the scene.

10/4/16 – A resident in the 5100 block of South A Street in North Judson reported the tires had been slashed on his vehicle.

10/4/16 – A North Judson resident reported fraud.

10/4/16 – A North Judson resident reported the theft of a trail camera.

10/5/16 – A caller in the 1400 block of West 300 North reported drug paraphernalia while camping with a youth group.

10/5/16 – A resident in the 200 block of West Howard Drive in North Judson reported that someone had keyed her vehicle the previous night.

10/5/16 – A property damage crash was reported on 150 South west of 300 East in Knox.

10/5/16 – A North Judson resident reported receiving threats.

10/6/16 – A Knox resident requested to speak to an officer after reportedly not getting paid for sold items.

10/7/16 – A Knox resident reported being harassed.

10/7/16 – A Knox resident reported a car versus deer property damage accident.

10/7/16 – A red Ford Escape was reported stolen from the 6400 block of South Eastern in Knox.

10/7/16 – A resident in the 3900 block of Boa Drive in Knox reported a theft while he was in the hospital.

10/7/16 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported on State Road 10 east of 100 West.

10/7/16 – A resident in the 8900 block of South Main Street in Ora reported his house being tee pee’d, and he knows who did it.

10/8/16 – A resident in the 2500 block of West 500 South in North Judson reported someone banging on the home’s windows.

10/8/16 – All of the diesel fuel was reported stolen out of a semi parked at the Grovertown Truck Stop.

10/8/16 – The glass door of a camper was reported shattered in the Hickory Hills Campground in Knox, and a TV inside was reportedly damaged.

10/8/16 – A resident in the 2700 block of West 500 South in North Judson reported finding a wallet, a key, and a pair of pants in his yard. The resident checked an outbuilding but did not find the owner of the pants.

10/8/16 – A ladder was reported stolen from a trailer in the Hickory Hills Campground in Knox.

10/8/16 – A Knox store employee reported being harassed and threatened by a male who left in a white SUV.

10/8/16 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported on U.S. 35 South of State Road 10.

10/8/16 – LaPorte County Police advised of a yellow Silverado heading toward Starke County on U.S. 421. Its driver stated he planned on killing any police officer who interfered with him.

10/8/16 – A resident in the 100 block of West Lake Street in Knox reported her vehicle had been egged the previous night.

10/8/16 – A resident in the 2800 block of South 700 East in Knox reported that her mailbox was knocked down, but didn’t know if it was done by an individual or a tractor.

10/8/16 – A resident in the 4500 block of South State Road 39 complained of neighbors having another loud bonfire party with music and load cars revving.

10/9/16 – A two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of 600 East and 100 North in Knox.

10/9/16 – A vehicle slide-off with no damage was reported on 800 South east of 600 West in North Judson. The caller reportedly did not see anyone around the vehicle but noticed several dogs inside.

10/9/16 – A two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported at the intersection of State Road 23 and State Road 8 in Knox.

10/9/16 – A controlled burn took place in the 10400 block of East 700 North in Walkerton.

10/9/16 – A resident in the 3500 block of South 250 West in North Judson reported that her entire house had been burglarized overnight. Among many other items, a gun cabinet with guns was reportedly taken.

10/9/16 – A resident in the 5900 block of North State Road 23 reported that his vehicle was keyed while at the swap meet that morning.

10/9/16 – A resident in the 4400 block of South East Dawn Drive reported an older juvenile had beaten up a younger neighbor.

10/9/16 – A resident in the 1900 block of West 450 South in North Judson reported tenants who had been evicted vandalized the home while he was gone.

10/9/16 – A car versus deer property damage accident was reported in the Knox area.
