1/30/17 – A resident in the 6400 block of south Rannells East Road idn Knox reported the theft of a 90 count bottle of Klonipan and named a possible suspect.
1/30/17 – A caller in the 10900 block of East Ostego Lane in Walkerton reported a vehicle was hit by a black truck with a plow around 1:30 a.m.
1/30/17 – A 1998 Venture van was reportedly hit around 1 a.m. in the Koontz Lake Market parking lot.
1/30/17 – A Knox man reported his daughter is being threatened and harassed.
1/30/17 – A resident in the 3100 block of south CR 210 in Bass Lake reported his 15-year-old beagle was taken from the back yard the previous night.
1/30/17 – Officers were requested at the San Pierre Fire Station to ensure no belongings are taken.
1/30/17 – A Koontz Lake woman advised her daughter was attacked at Oregon-Davis School and is being seen at Plymouth Hospital for injuries. She advised she would like to press charges.

1/31/17 – The North Judson Police, Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS and North Judson Fire Department responded to a reported overdose in the 6300 block of south State Road 39 in North Judson.

2/1/17 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office and Starke County EMS responded to a report of a person unconscious and barely breathing on the side of 500 South east of 350 East in Knox.
2/1/17 – A vehicle versus animal property damage accident was reported on U.S. 35 in front of the Melody Drive In Theatre.
2/1/17 – A resident in the 100 block of West Toto Road advised a known female has kicked his door in and is inside his residence. She is not supposed to be there.

2/1/17 – An employee at Badell Dental Clinic in Knox advised a man jumped into a FedEx delivery truck and is refusing to get out. The driver is inside the dental office. It’s unclear whether items were taken from the truck.
2/1/17 – A hit-and-run was reported in the 9700 block of east 600 North.
2/1/17 – A resident in the 3800 block of east Toto Road in Knox asked to have a man removed from his home and advised they are arguing.
2/2/17 – A single-vehicle property damage accident was reported at Konrad and Sons on State Road 10 in Knox.
2/2/17 – A resident in the 9200 block of east 50 South in Knox reported the theft of two mowers.
2/2/17 – A caller in the 3800 block of south550 East in Knox reported a very small female child walking down the road all by herself. The youngster was returned to her mother, who stated she got out through the dog door.
2/2/17 – A Knox resident reported a black SUV sideswiped him while he was eastbound on State Road 23. He was not able to locate the driver.
2/2/17 – A resident in the 100 block of North McCormick Street in Hamlet reported a man knocking on doors and using a phone light to shine into the windows. He advised a silver Dodge Durango is parked in the alley with the light on.
2/3/17 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported on State Road 10 at 250 West in North Judson.
2/3/17 – A two-vehicle property damage accident was reported at the intersection of U.S. 421 and State Road 10 in San Pierre.
2/3/17 – A resident in the 10100 block of west State Road 10 in San Pierre advised of possible attempted forced entry into the garage.
2/3/17 – A single-vehicle property damage accident was reported on 500 east north of 25 North in Knox. The driver advised she swerved to miss a deer, put the car in the ditch and it rolled over onto its top.
2/3/17 – A caller in the 7800 block of west 850 South in North Judson reported a white Dodge truck is doing donuts in his field.
2/4/17 – A resident in the 2100 block of south State Road 23 in Knox reported the theft of an animal.
2/4/17 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported in the 8500 block of North State Road 23 in Walkerton.
2/4/17 – A hit-and-run accident was reported on State Road 8 west of the airport in Knox. The caller advised a red Ford older model farm-type pickup took off towards U.S. 35.
2/5/17 – A caller in the 8100 block of North Oak Ave. in Koontz Lake advised a silver Nissan Versa drove by the residence and fired a shot.
2/6/17 – A theft was reported from Miller’s Auto on U.S. 35 in Knox.
2/6/17 – A single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident was reported in the 3400 block of North U.S. 35 in Hamlet.
2/6/17 – A caller advised a semi kicked a rock up and damaged her windshield on U.S. 35 north of State Road 8 in Knox.
2/6/17 – A resident in the 11200 block of East Dakota Street in Walkerton reported an unknown vehicle hit his and two other mailboxes sometime Saturday.
2/6/17 – Deputies from the Starke County Sheriff’s Office were called to assist the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department in the search for a wanted and possibly armed suspect at a residence in the 10600 block of west State Road 10 in San Pierre. The suspect was not located.
2/6/17 – A resident reported kids on dirt bikes and 4-wheelers speeding, tailgating traffic and riding recklessly in the area of 150 South and 200 East in Knox.
2/6/17 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported on State Road 8 between 1025 and 1100 East in Knox.
2/6/17 – A resident in the 2200 block of south 450 East in Knox reported an older man with short gray and black hair and a full beard driving a red pickup truck with a deep freezer in the back going around trying to sell steaks. When she advised she wasn’t interested, the man started cursing and streaming at her and left heading south on 450 East.
2/6/17 – Officers responded to a report of a fight between two men in the 1300 blockof west Toto Road in North Judson.
2/6/17 – A resident who lives near a vacant house in the 5900 block of South U Road East in North Judson advised there are people in an empty house that is scheduled for auction the next week.
2/6/17 – A resident it the 100 block of West Toto Road reported the theft of the title and abstract of property.
2/7/17 – A two-vehicle property damage only accident was reported on U.S. 30 eastbound west of State Road 23 in Knox.
2/7/17 – A North Judson resident reported unauthorized use of her credit card.
2/7/17 – A resident in the 9600 block of east 100 North reported a neighbor with whom he’s not familiar came walking into his residence, looked around, left and was looking inside the caller’s vehicle and is now just looking around.
2/7/17 – Deputies from the Starke County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Pualski County Sheriff’s Department with a foot pursuit of a suspect west of J&K Deli at the Starke-Pulaski County line.

2/8/17 – A caller advised multiple mailboxes have been damaged on 100 South between 200 and 300 East in Knox.
2/8/17 – A vehicle versus telephone box property damage accident was reported on 100 North near Eagle Creek Cemetery in Knox.
2/8/17 – A business owner in the 7000 block of south State Road 10 in Knox reported a theft from the business and provided the name of a suspect.

2/10/17 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported on Division Road west of 1025 East in Knox.

2/10/17 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office notes Terry Lynn Hooker, 71, Monterey, was convicted of child molesting in Starke County in February of 2007 and is required to register every year. He last registered on Feb. 7, 2016 at the Starke County Sheriff’s Office. He still owes the annual $50 registration fee for 2015 and 2016, as well as 2017, and has yet to register this year. He has been notified of his obligation.
2/10/17 – Deputies responded to the Starke Hospital emergency room for a report of a sexual assault victim.

2/10/17 – Starke County EMS and the Walkerton Police Department responded to a report of a possible overdose in the 7800 block of north State Road 23 in Walkerton.
2/11/17 – A vehicle versud deer property damage accident was report in the 600 block of W just north of State Road 10 in North Judson.
2/11/17 – A resident in the 1900 block of south 200 East in Knox advised someone keeps peeping in their window. Officers were unable to locate anyone on the property or in the surrounding area.
2/11/17 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS and fire department first responders all responded to a single-vehicle rollover wreck with minor injuries at the intersection of State Road 8 and 23 in Knox.
2/11/17 – A black 2001 Mercedes S500 was reported stolen from the lot at the intersection of U.S. 30 and U.S. 35 in Knox.

2/15/17 – A case worker with Pulaski County DCS advised a juvenile was in her office today and tested positive for alcohol.
2/15/17 – A Starke County Sheriff’s Deputy assisted a caseworker with Marshall County DCS in the removal of a juvenile from a North Judson residence.
2/15/17 – A resident in the 8400 block of west Tippecanoe Drive in Walkerton advised he is being intimidated by a neighbor.
2/15/17 – A resident in the 3900 block of Boa Drive in Bass Lake reported the theft of items.

2/17/17 – A man called and advised his girlfriend was violently shoved at the Oasis Bar in San Pierre, and stated a known suspect stole her black Ford Focus and is headed to her home to kill her dog. The man also threatened to kill the woman if she shows up.
2/18/17 – A man reported his laptop and tablet were stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of Virginia Lane in North Judson.
2/18/17 – A caller reported several bags of trash were dumped on 400 South between U.S. 35 and 550 East in Knox.
2/18/17 – A resident in the 2100 block of east 100 South in Knox reported kids tearing the roads up again on 4 wheelers and dirt bikes.
2/18/17 – Dispatchers were advised of people in a dark gray Pontiac Grand Prix snorting drugs at the intersection of Toto and Range Roads.
2/18/17 – A resident in the 2800 block of south 300 East in Knox reported the theft of jewelry and handguns from the residence.
2/19/17 – A resident in the 7000 block of south 250 West in North Judson requested an officer after finding drug paraphernalia near his residence.
2/19/17 – A resident in the 9700 block of east 700 North in Walkerton advised someone is riding his 4-wheeler up and down the road again.
2/19/17 – Dispatchers were advised of 4-wheelers near 200 East and 200 South in Knox.
2/19/17 – A resident in the 5300 block of north 1100 East in Grovertown advised his neighbors are shooting towards his property and he has children playing outside.
2/19/17 – A resident in the 1000 block of east Peppermint Lane in North Judson asked the police to remove an unwanted guest from the residence.
