IU Health Starke Hospital recently received what’s described as the “gold seal” for the administration of a popular non-invasive diagnostic medical procedure. The American College of Radiology has issued a three-year accreditation to the hospital’s MRI service. MRI uses magnetic fields to produce a three-dimensional x-ray of internal body parts to help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions.
