Knox Man Reportedly Spotted Defacing Campaign Sign Faces 10 Counts of Criminal Mischief

A Knox Man has been charged with 10 counts of criminal mischief and one count of reckless driving after he was reportedly spotted vandalizing a campaign sign Saturday afternoon.

According to a press release issued by the Knox City Police Department, shortly before 1:50 p.m. on April 14th, Knox Police Chief Harold Smith was traveling north bound in his personal  vehicle on Highway 35 just north of 200 S.
