Plymouth Woman Sentenced to Ten Years for Manufacturing Methamphetamine

 
 
A ten-year sentence was handed down to a Plymouth woman in Marshall County Superior Court 1 on Thursday.

Judge Robert O. Bowen accepted a plea agreement between Marie Graham’s defense attorney and Chief Deputy Prosecutor Nelson Chipman where Graham will spend 10 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to a charge of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Two years of the sentence was suspended and purposeful incarceration was also included in the final agreement. For her guilty plea, charges of Conspiracy, Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia were dismissed.
