Park Manager Dave DeLorenzo told the park board Thursday that the block work appears to be almost halfway done. “I think they’re going 10 rows high, and they probably have five or six rows on a majority of the two structures,” DeLorenzo said.

He proposed making that area smaller, but replacing the wooden posts with a concrete curb.
