The annual Starke County Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing is quickly approaching, with registration and lunch to begin at noon CT on Friday, Sept. 14. A shotgun start will kick off the outing at 1 p.m.
Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Debbie Mix said the chamber is excited to offer this opportunity to members of the community, and they hope that this year’s fundraiser – their biggest yet – will help the chamber provide the many benefits it offers to the community and its members.
The outing will take place at the Hamlet Golf Course, where dinner will be provided for participating teams, which consist of four golfers at a cost of $240 per team. Individual golfers must pay a $60 fee, and both team and individual golfer fees include lunch, dinner, contests, and a full day of golf. A dinner-only package is also available for $15.
The American Legion will be host to an awards presentation and buffet dinner after the outing, and an auction will be held for tickets to the Colts/Browns game, which include food, parking, and an overnight stay with unlimited golf at Swan Lake Resort. Anyone interested in sponsorship opportunities should call Debbie Mix at firstname.lastname@example.org or (574) 772-5548.
