The North Judson Police Department is hiring part-time and reserve officers. Applicants must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and have at least a high school diploma or GED. They must also be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check and be permitted to carry a handgun through the State of Indiana.
Additionally qualified applicants must have no felony arrests or misdemeanor battery arrests and must have a clean driving record.
Reserve and part-time officers will be paid $15 per hour. Applications are available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at North Judson Town Hall, located at 310 Lane Street. Applications are due Jan. 6, 2017.
