The former Pleasant View Rest Home will likely go up for auction in June. The Pulaski County Commissioners finalized a contract Monday with realtor Dewain Davis.
He plans to sell the county home at auction on Saturday, June 3. Under the terms of the contract, Pulaski County will cover advertising costs, up to a maximum of $1,200.
