The Pulaski County Council took action this week to fill a vacancy on the Francesville-Salem Township Public Library Board.
“Laurel Myers resigned from the library board, and Leona Speece is wanting to be on it now,” explained Council Vice-President Mike Tiede. “She’s going to take the place at the Francesville Library for Salem Township. I’ll vouch for her.”
The county council voted unanimously to appoint Speece to fill the remainder of Myers’ term.
