Two South Bend Residents Arrested for Allegedly Dealing Heroin in LaPorte

 

Two South Bend residents were arrested Friday for allegedly dealing heroin in LaPorte. Ricky L. Kinds, 40, and Marylynn Patton, 29, were taken into custody at a South Bend home, following an investigation by the LaPorte County Drug Task Force.

Investigators say probable cause had been found, and arrest warrants were issued. They were executed Friday morning by officers from the LaPorte County Drug Task Force, the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Department Warrants Division, the St. Joseph County Drug Investigations Unit, and the South Bend Police Department.

Kinds and Patton both face felony charges of Dealing in a Narcotic Drug.
