Knox Elementary School to Offer Free Meals to Children this Summer

Children 18 and younger will be able to get free meals this summer at Knox Elementary School. Between June 4 and June 28, breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m., and lunch will be available from 10:30 to 11:30, Monday through Thursday.

The USDA Summer Food Service Program provides free meals to children age 18 and younger, with funding from the federal government. Many local schools typically take part in the program each summer.
