Ten Arrested in Warrant Sweep

 

Ten people were arrested in the early morning hours on Sunday in a year-long undercover investigation called Operation Orthodox conducted by the Knox City Police Department.

Officers from the Knox City Police Department were assisted by the Starke County Sheriff’s Department and the Knox, North Judson and Plymouth Police Departments in executing the arrest warrants.

Kenneth Kaemerer, 47, was arrested on a preliminary charge of dealing in methamphetamine.

Christi Marshall, 32, was arrested on preliminary drug dealing charges that include a narcotic drug, a schedule III controlled substance, and two counts of a substance represented as a controlled substance. She also faces preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance, visiting a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine, a schedule III controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Vicki Richey, 55, was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing in a narcotic drug and intimidation with a deadly weapon.

Christine Blough, 22, was arrested on preliminary charges that include two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug and methamphetamine.

Hayden Kilburn, 31, was arrested on preliminary charges of two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, dealing in cocaine and a schedule III controlled substance.

David Miller, 50, faces two preliminary charges of dealing in a schedule III controlled substance.

Jeremy Knew, 37, was arrested on preliminary charges of visiting a common nuisance, and possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia and a schedule III controlled substance.

Tyler Ramenda, 24, faces preliminary charges of visiting a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernailia.

Kenneth Lain, 38, was arrested on preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine, a schedule III controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Tiffany Milton-Coburn, 29, faces preliminary charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.

The suspects were booked into the Starke County Justice Center and the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges are pending with the Starke County Prosecutor’s Office and the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
