LaPorte County Police are asking for the public’s help in finding an armed robbery suspect. Maurice J. Williams, 25, is wanted on an active arrest warrant, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Police believe he robbed Next Door Foods on U.S. 12 near Michigan City on April 28.
Officers consider Williams to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fugitive Apprehension Street Team at 219-874-3221 ext. 1012
