In-Home Health Care Provider Arrested for Dealing Meth

According to the Starke County Sheriff’s Department, 47-year-old Tracey Horner of North Judson was arrested early Friday morning by Starke County Narcotics Detectives.

The detectives allege that during a 4-month undercover investigation, Horner apparently sold methamphetamine on multiple occasions in both Knox and North Judson. She was also reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine at the time of her arrest.

Horner is being charged with two Level 4 Felony charges of dealing methamphetamine and two Level 6  Felony charges of possession of methamphetamine.
