An update about Election Day workers was provided to Pulaski County Election Board members when they met on Monday. Election Assistant Laura Bailey informed the members that after a polling place inspector quit last week, she had to make some last minute changes.
Bailey explained, “We had to juggle some people around so we have moved Beth McClure from Winamac to Star City where she was an inspector prior and she’s much more comfortable.” She continued, “We moved Jennifer Zimmer to Monterey and she was agreeable to that and we threw out the net and pulled in Jon Frain to do Winamac.”
Bailey noted that there will be co-inspectors on site as well. She said all other positions had been filled as of Monday afternoon.
