IndianaUnclaimed.gov Search Turns Up Almost $2,400 for Knox Community Schools

The Knox Community School Corporation is getting almost $2,400, after school officials stumbled upon some unclaimed property.

Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart told the school board last week that he had recently been looking at IndianaUnclaimed.gov. “Only because my mother said I had some stuff on there, so I went on, and then my wife went on and said, ‘Have you noticed that there’s things for Knox Community Schools on there?’ I said, ‘No,’ and so, there were six different claims out there,” Reichhart explained. Administrative Assistant Billie Kruger noted that the process of claiming that property was quite lengthy.

In other business last week, School Board Member Gary Dulin was appointed to another four-year term on the Knox Park Board.
