Winamac Town Council to Hold Special Meeting Over Water Project Prior to Regular Session

The Winamac Town Council will conduct a special meeting in the Utilities Complex at 4 p.m. in order to discuss the town water project.

Their regularly scheduled session will take place there at 6 p.m.

Members are anticipated to hear a few different public presentations including one from Midwest Engineers CEO Mark Sullivan who will discuss the wastewater project and another from an INDOT representative. They’ll also receive public presentations from Fred Zhart as well as the Pool Committee.

In addition to the superintendents delivering updates about their respective departments, Town Manager Brad Zellers is expected to discuss the Volunteer Fire Department during his report and Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Berger will talk about water leak adjustments and the AIM Round Table.

The council will revisit any old business and address any additional new business prior to the meeting’s adjournment.
