Knox School Board Hires High School Guidance Counselor, Business Teacher

Knox High School will be getting a new guidance counselor next school year. On Monday, the school board approved the hiring of Sarah Richard. “I’m excited to be home,” she told board members.

Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart said Richard is a Knox graduate, “and we got her here, and we’re looking for big things from her.” Guidance Counselor Terri Schmidt previously announced that she will retire at the end of the current school year.

In other personnel action Monday, the school board hired Mollie Dollahan as a high school business education and vocational teacher, and approved a list of summer school teachers and bus drivers.
