A man wanted on suspicion of child solicitation in LaPorte County was finally taken into custody Friday. The LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office says a criminal arrest warrant was issued for Lee T. Hall back in 2015, but he had eluded authorities since then.

Police say they were able to narrow down his whereabouts “by way of some investigative means.” Hall was reportedly arrested Friday on the south side of Chicago by members of the Fugitive Apprehension Street Team and the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.

LaPorte County Police remind residents that they can give anonymous tips to the Fugitive Apprehension Street Team by calling Sergeant Brett Swanson at 219-363-9623.
