A motorist from Monterey who was taken into custody after a traffic stop Wednesday evening is reportedly facing multiple charges.
According to the Plymouth Police Department, a traffic stop was conducted in the area of Ewing Street and South Michigan Street shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22nd.
A brief investigation led to the arrest of the driver, 51-year-old Rafael Luva-Ortiz.
Luva-Ortiz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and faces charges of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – Prior, OWI above .15 percent, Operator Never Licensed and Driving While Suspended.
