Two Michigan City residents were arrested on suspicion of drug dealing, following a traffic stop in Plymouth last week. Plymouth Police say it happened around 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the Speedway gas station on North Michigan Street.

Officers say a K9 was deployed on the vehicle and alerted officers. After investigating, police arrested the driver, Timothy J. Grantham, 24, and his passenger, Kaysie R. Fugate, 21, on suspicion of dealing in a controlled substance and possession of a legend drug. Grantham is also accused of maintaining a common nuisance, while Fugate is suspected of trafficking by an inmate and possession of a syringe.
