West Central School Board Approves Meal Prices for Upcoming School Year

The West Central School Board reviewed meal prices during their meeting last week.

Superintendent Don Street said Food Services Director Jessica Murray presented an overview of the pricing for next school year.  He said breakfast prices will remain the same for the 2019-2020 school year.

“The breakfast price at the elementary school is $1.25 and breakfast price at the middle school and high school is $1.40,” commented Street.

Street said the lunch prices will increase slightly.

“At the elementary, lunch is $2.35 while at the middle school it is $2.80 and the high school lunch will be $2.90.”

The increase intervals noted are similar to what other school corporations are experiencing for the next school year.
